Before hosting DCI Sanctioned Toundaments Ground Zero Comics hosted Arena League play for Magic. League play was on Saturdays from 2:00 to 6:30. Each Arena season lasted for five weeks, with participants playing as many or as few games as they wish, with each win counting three points and each loss counting one. Season 12 was a sealed deck format and had our lowest turnout for any Arena Season. The Junk Diver format was that seasons "4th Week Format" and met with somewhat mixed results. Personally, I really enjoyed seeing the different decks that players brought, and was impressed at the innovative construction that most exhibited. Of course, a few players wimped out on playing the Junk Diver (Tanton) and missed out entirely. Still, it made for an interesting 4th week.
